All of our classes are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Classes are approximately 60 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression with the following basic structure:
Your coach will guide you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for all movements. We want you to challenge yourself, get stronger, and feel better. If you want to 'send it', we will push you and keep you going! If you need a little more help and want to learn better technique, we know how to 'explain it like I'm 5' and break it down into something that you'll be good at and get something out of.
Chris, our head coach, has a knack for being able to break down complicated ideas and movements into consumable chunks. (He worked in tech for 10 yrs in Development, Quality Assurance, taking and leadership roles.) Point is, we can, and we want to, teach you how to move, get fit, and feel better.
