Coach Madison is a CrossFit L1 coach and former NCAA Division I rower who helps athletes build strength, confidence, and proper movement habits through intuitive, technique-driven coaching.  During her rowing career, she competed at Youth Rowing Nationals twice and was part of the historic SMU crew that earned the program’s first NCAA Championship appearance. She brings a mix of strength, intensity, and energy to every coaching session - keeping athletes motivated, confident, and sometimes laughing through the sweat.

In high school, Madison was introduced to CrossFit by her stepdad, a coach who taught her that sweat, strength, and a little chaos could also be pure joy. That early experience sharpened her eye for proper form, shaped her coaching style, and gave her a love for empowering athletes to lift heavier, train smarter, and enjoy the process.

High-energy, approachable, and detail-oriented, Madison creates an environment where athletes feel challenged, supported, and excited to come back stronger every session. You can find her personal training, coaching classes, leading rowing clinics - and debating whether PRs should come with confetti (spoiler: they absolutely should).

If you read this far, everything above is all true. But I can tell you that Madison is driven, humble, coachable, and full of love. She puts in the extra effort to show up the best that she can for every class, and you will feel her positive radiant energy when she's in the room.
