Turning Point

Chris spent over a decade in the tech world before CrossFit changed his life. After dealing with nagging shoulder issues from years of playing beach volleyball, he started using CrossFit to rebuild his strength - and got hooked. Coaching began in his garage, grew through a gym in South Austin, and eventually led to him becoming the head coach and GM at NAS.

Whether you’re new to fitness or trying to overcome old injuries, he’s focused on the details that matter—good movement, smart habits, and steady improvement. With certifications in strength, mobility, gymnastics, nutrition, and more, he brings the kind of experience that makes members feel safe, capable, and fired up to keep coming back.
